Book a Discovery Call

Thirty minutes.
By the end, you'll know
exactly where you stand.

Stuart will ask about your challenge, what you've already tried, and what actually needs to change. No pitch deck, no agenda beyond understanding whether there's a real problem worth solving together.

If there's a fit, he'll say which scope makes sense and what it will cost. If there isn't, he'll say that plainly and suggest a better direction. No proposal arrives in your inbox until you've asked for one. No money changes hands until every element — scope, outcomes, and measurement — is agreed in writing.

What happens on the call
1.
Stuart asks what's broken, what you've already tried, and what actually needs to be different six months from now.
2.
You define what success looks like in specific, measurable terms. That definition is what any engagement gets held to.
3.
If there's a fit, Stuart names the right scope and what it costs. If there isn't, he says so — and the call ends there, no follow-up pressure.
